French Abrasives Safety

French Abrasives Safety

The Abrasives Safety website has been firstly published in English in August 2015 by FEPA, the Federation of European Producers of Abrasives, with the intention from the beginning to be developed in other European languages as well. Since the beginning of January 2016, the content is also available in French. The SNAS, the French association representing the producers’ members of FEPA in France, has translated the content of the website. All the documents that are available to download are as well accessible in French (leaflets and safety codes). Not to mention, that the videos that are soon going to be released will also be published in different languages. The first two versions will be in English and French.

The goal is to promote the most widely as possible the safe use of abrasives products to spare the end-users from being hurt or severely injured. Other national associations are already working on the translation of the content in their own languages. Indeed a German and an Italian version should be soon online.

On its side, the SNAS has also decided to create a LinkedIn showcase page dedicated to the safe use of abrasives. On top of sharing information published on this website, the SNAS will regularly publish information about safety. You can follow it by clicking here
